These Tungsten Automation subscription terms of service govern the provision and use of subscription-based Tungsten Automation services supplied by Xcellerate IT.
They should be read in conjunction with any applicable proposal, statement of work, end user licence agreement or agreement entered into between Xcellerate IT and the customer.
